Time really does pass so quickly and their personalities change and develop from day to day, before you know it you have forgotten those first few weeks.
Let me capture your baby as they are now, so you can remember the tiny details forever!
Newborn Photogtraphy
The ideal time to capture the curled up newborn pictures are within the first 14 days of birth.
Babies are still very sleepy and scrunched up from being inside mummy’s tummy which is perfect to create some cute poses.
Ideally it is better to book your newborn session in advance of your due date, to avoid disappointment. The session can be rescheduled if baby arrives early or late.
What to expect at your newborn session…
The session is developed around how well your baby settles and I will send you some tips prior to our appointment on how to best prepare.
The newborn studio sessions last for 3 hours, this gives us lots of time to get baby settled in the studio, lots of time for feeding, changing and getting baby into a deep sleep.
Once asleep I will then position baby in a number of different poses using some props and wraps to create natural images of your sleeping baby, focusing on their unique features.
You will have full use of my props, clothes and backdrops.
I aim to capture 5-7 posses and deliver 20-25 images via an online gallery for you to choose your final images from.
Sitter Photo Sessions
Sitter photography sessions are a perfect way to start capturing your babies personality. These pictures can be done between 6-12months, whenever your baby is sitting and crawling but not yet walking!
At this age they really start to show their personalities, they are smiling and sitting up ready to explore the world around them.
Sitter sessions in my studio last for about an hour. To get fresh neutral images denim, white and pastel colours work best.
Please bring two outfit changes.
I aim to capture and deliver bwtween 20-25 images via an online gallery for you to choose your final images from.
Cake Smash
Lets celebrate your babies 1st birthday and capture the fun with a cake smash!
This 1 hour session includes portraits of your little one so I can capture their smiles and excitment. The cake smash, where we watch baby get stuck in and get messy. Then the clean-up with a little bath and bubbles.
Please bring – an outfit for your babies portraits – neutral tones or pastels work best
A cake – I provide the cake and you get to take home what’s left!
Watch Them Grow
Their first year is a whirl wind, full of sleepless nights and numerous milestones, let me capture your baby changing and growing with my Watch Them Grow Bundle!
This includes:
- A Newborn Baby Session (between 5-14 days old)
- A sitter session (between 6-9 months old)
- 1st Birthday Cake Smash (12 months old)
Family Photoshoot
The perfect way to capture your family together, playing and enjoying time together.
Lets go to your favourite beach or park and I will capture your family’s personalites.
I have some regular clients who I photograph every year so that we capture their family growing and changing.
Its such a gorgeous way to remember their childhood!
